Please review and comment on my 6 month labs!
I will list my value and then the normal range per the lab.
I have a specific question about the vitamin D. It was 24 and now it is over 100. PCP wants me to stop 50,000 iu twice weekly and move to 2,000 units daily. Does that sound reasonable?
Are there any tests that I need to add in the future?
Thank you in advance for your time!

These look great. Your B12 and D are excellent. I might cut down the D3 to 50,000 IU D3 once a week, but no, 2000 IU daily sounds much too low for me. Most post ops need at least 10,000 IU daily to maintain a good level, and many need more than that.
The only issue I see is your iron is on the low side. I'd add more iron.
Also, it looks like they did a basic metabolic profile, not a comprehensive metabolic profile, so I don't see protein or albumin levels. I'd want those in the future.
Looks like you're doing a great job.

Agree with Kelly on your iron levels.....you may want to increase iron intake. B-1 is HIGH, what are you taking in Bs? I don't see B6 either, which is one some of us deal with deficiencies on. Yes you need your protein and prealbumin checked also.
I also don't recommend cutting your D back too much, some won't hurt though as long as you are diligent in getting your labs checked.
Edit to add: B1 toxicity is very rare however a high level can potentially deplete other other B vitamins, and disrupt thyroid and insulin production.

Without knowing what your last lab values were, it is hard to make reasonable comments or give advice on anything (except the D for which you have given background details) - the trending (up and down) is the most important factor in labs - this is just a snapshot in time and you could be doing really well or not so well!
Your HDL would improve with exercise (as would your LDL) but if these are an improvement from last time - then keep doing what you are doing!
