One warning though. Atkins Mix. If you've never cooked with it before...in the batter there is this weird...aftertaste? (I call it a third dimension flavor lol). It must be something that burns off in the cooking because it doesn't show up in the cooked version but if you taste the dough you will notice it. Don't let it put you off. The final product is good!
