You just don't know how much I needed to hear this today.  I have been at a stall for several weeks, but know I haven't been following my "program" as I should.  I needed a swift kick in the butt!!!  THANKS!

And it's one of my favorite quotes. I use it all the time with my kids and my students. They don't get it, but I still us it...lol!!

Laura I use it with my boys too. My youngest plays tournament baseball and is so hard on himself. He's actually cried when he doesn't do his best. The first time I told him this he looked at me like I was an alien lol.

I love Leilani. She was one of those tough vets I looked up to and learned from when I was first out of surgery.
