Ritz Crackers :/
IT happens - I remember going to one of my first NUT visits after surgery and the nurse was eating Wheat Thins - she also had had the surgery a week or so prior to me. I was drooling because I was not at that stage yet, but soon after I went and got some and did the same thing. I remember it being so nice to chew and not so nice when I ate too many.

I know it was a potato chip commercial......BUT, those are one of those "you can never eat just one" things for me. Therefore, I don't try. The other one that is worse for me is Townhouse crackers, very evil!!

I heart crackers. They are better than Ambien.
Having said that, I don't buy them for that and so many more reasons. Sigh...but I miss their buttery goodness!

Hahaha - TOTALLY know what you mean. For me protein early out was rough and man I could eat 5-6 crackers with ease. Although now like other's state above I usually stick to about 4 crackers and always with meat and cheese so I'm getting in my protein.
Just a word of the wise...anything can make you feel icky if you eat like we used to. Even that 1 extra bite can send you over the edge.
My problem is eating to fast - and by fast I mean at a normal person's eating pace - which then results in a stomach ache or throwing up. :( I totally realized at Thanksgiving how fast people eat! Luckily my dad had the lap-band a few years ago so he sits at the table slowly eating away with me. hahahaha (Well this year the entire family sat around after they were done with us)
Ok - I'll stop babbling now. hahaha
