What are you eating/doing today? Wednesday!

Had CPR training in the morning and am just now doing laundry. I have the rest of the day off so I am trying on clothes to find something that fits.
B:1/2 cup cottage cheese and all my morning vitamins and meds
1st S:1/2 Atkins Protein Shake
L:1 cup of salad...iceberg lettuce, small pieces of carrot, 4 pepperonis and whatever that purple lettuce is, lol
S:just candy cane tea with splenda, afternoon vitamins and minerals
D:Boca veggie chikn burger, swiss cheese, 1/4 cup cottage cheese maybe if there is room
S:the other half of the Atkins shake
This isnt enough calories I know but I cant get in too many more than this right now.
