What are you eating/doing today? Wednesday!

I feel good today for some reason. Yes, I am spastic because the other day I was all down in the dumps. My therapist says she thinks I am affected by changes in light but also maybe sensitive to endorphins (and I have been active lately so I'm likely producing some!).

Dunno...I'm just glad to NOT be depressed today.

Doing: work, then taking my daughter to yet another open house then coming home and cleaning MY filthy house. I want to put the tree up this weekend so I have to get cracking with the tidying up.

Eating: Didn't prepare so great today.

1. Click w/ skim and sf hazelnut creamer

That's all I know so far. I'll update when I know more!

So glad you are feeling good today Nik :)

I love those days, when you are just happy for no particular reason!

At work today but my momma is coming by and taking me to lunch so yay! We are going to Oklahoma Joe's BBQ here in Kansas City. I think I will get the BBQ Turkey and a side of baked beans.

B: Cheerios, almond milk one cup each, and a banana

S: Apple and cottage cheese

L: BBQ turkey and baked beans I might eat one slice of the bread if I feel like it, When it comes to room in the pouch for carbs the baked beans might win for space over a slice of bread :)

S: I have a cheese stick but I might still be full from lunch

D: Vegetarian tostadas with black beans and cheddar cheese, Home made salsa on top

S: Fruit ****tail with 2T Cool Whip free (I need to find the person that invented it so I can personally shake their hand!)

Wishing everyone a blessed, peaceful, and beautiful day :)

Your breakfast...you feel ok after that?

I was hesitant to ask that because it is NOT coming from a judgy place! I just kept thinking my blood sugar would sink like lead...

And almond milk...hmmmmmm...I am still not sure how I feel about it although I've used it in shakes before.

I feel fine after breakfast. I am lactose intolerant and I don't like soy milk so for me the almond milk is the best option. It's pretty good as long as it's cold. I like the Silk brand the best, but Almond Breeze is good too. The unsweetened Chocolate is fantastic only 45 calories and it makes a really yummy latte.

I have a hard time eating in the morning. I have tried many different things from eggs, to lunch meat, oatmeal, protein bar, you name it and it all makes me so nauseated because my pouch Is a big bully and likes to boss me around! I am like" here pouch how about some nutritious food full of protein and vitamins and health!" and pouch is like "ya thanks for that, now how about some stomach cramps and diarrhea just for you!" (I have too much dialog with the pouch to claim any kind of normality)

The pouch likes it's Cheerios in the morning! So I give it Cheerios it doesn't give me trouble...thats the deal we made and  so far so good! We will have to wait and see if pouch keeps up it's end of the bargan....it's been known to LIE :)

I don't have any blood sugar problems and I eat about every three hours and that keeps things pretty stable.

Got a sore muscle in my back.  So I need to adjust my cardio so that I'm doing something that doesn't aggravate it -- I'm thinkin' recumbant bike or recumbant elliptical, plus some serious stretching.  That's my plan!  Oh and it was snowing this morning -- how winter wonderlandy it was!

Good to hear that you are having a happy day Nik!  This season can play with our emotions at the best of times.

The weather is cool but it's a good day for me, hit the gym yesterday, got in a good workout and this morning the scale moved to an awesome goal, but it's not official weigh in day so it will have to wait for celebration :P

Today's eats as I know them

B:  Protein Shake (Premier Protein ready to go)

L:  2 Lasagna cupcakes

AS:  1 Rivita cracker and 2 babybel cheese

S:  Dunno, left over chicken and gravy probably and some veggies.

ES:  Probably nothing the chicken will fill me up for hours usually

Off to the gym tonight for intense cardio session or a group cycle session perhaps

Hope everyone has an amazing day!

Struggling with bedtime eating. Still. Maybe for always. But on the upside, I might have fixed the afternoon eating monster.

Today's plan, may it become reality...

B-- Coffee

B #2--skipped, as I got up at 10:55.

!:00,  L--1/2 cup yogurt with sugar-free brown sugar and cinnamon syrup and 1/4 C apple

Swim for an hour. Will be hong-gree when I get home!

4:00, Tea--This is my possible solution to afternoon crazies: 1/2 Premier and half a boiled egg. Repeat an hour and a half later!

7:00, D--hamburger patty and broccoli; maybe two inches of plain sweet potato

10:15, Bedtime--Danger, Will Robinson, Danger! Hamburger patty, leftover broccoli, big mug o' cocoa, Cool Whip Free. Absolutely, the chemist who invented this stuff deserves a medal.

New motto: The Plan is Good. Long Live the Plan.
