throwing up vitamins

every time i take my vitamins i throw them up. I have tried all different kinds but nothing works. I have wasted so much money buying all different kinda of vitamins. what do i do now.

Do you take them with food?   I never take mine on an empty stomach and have never had any problems ...

Don't take them all at once. You can try crushing them and mixing them with S/F pudding.

I am so not a vitamin person either...I finally found some that I like..I use the Vitafusion gummies from Sam's...seen them at Walmart too just a better bigger deal at Sam's. I take 2 in the morning (multivitamin). The calcium is Bariatric Advantage caramel chews. 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. I take b12 from Sam's (good flavor). Just ordered some from bariatric advantage (minty)...Sam's was out. I am all about taste... Before surgery I had to take them right before bed so I wouldn't get nauceous.

I also had trouble keeping down vitamins.  I switched to gummies and the problem stopped. 

Gummies worked for me too.  Good luck.

I suggest crushing and adding them into pudding or something like that. Or ask about getting a liquid form.
