TUESDAY! What are you doing/eating today?

an incredibly grumpy, aggravated, exhausted, dizzy day.  and lots and lots to eat. and no workout because my trainer has some kind of evil trifecta of illnesses.

 

B - mint cookie shake w/ calorie countdown milk

L - orange cream shake, random snack foods

S - apple, cheese

s - boiled egg

     strawberry protein smoothie concoction

D - um.  Probably shouldn't have anything at this point. Probably WILL have egg, turkey bacon sandwich

NUT and bariatric nurse are hooking me up with additional vitamins and such. No injectable B12 to be found at any pharmacy in our entire area, so I am going to give the nasal spray stuff a go. I sure hope something helps.

Did you ask about the big bottle of b12? All the pharmacies in our area are out too. Found a big bottle, not covered by insurance, in Spanish fort walgreens for $12. 10 injections worth.
