For old times sake...what's for dinner?
I was on the road all day traveling back from Thanksgiving and I felt funny all day. TRaveling is hard and eating at rest stops was pretty tricky. i just ate little tiny bites of things, I think I had one bite of turkey sausage, three bites of a grilled chicken salad from McDs (tasted really yucky) and half a protein shake so I am waaaaay behind. i am trying to figure out what to eat now. I am thinking about trying to get the get up and go to make some cream of broccoli soup. Sounds really good. I think I can do it! Hey, what is a click?
Started my new job so I had little to eat and more to drink, have to get a new routine.

When I am in a bad mood I tend to not eat, which describes today perfectly, my arthritis was seriously bad and the person we hired as a director is as dumb as rocks and got on my last nerve when she tried to explain how online banking works to me. My boyfriend was working the bar so after eating nothing all day I had my choice for dinner. I went to DD and got a bagel with butter. Yeah I should probably eat something but I doubt I will. I just want today over.
For dinner I made pork seared on the grill outside (thanks to my fiance' the grillmaster) seasoned with olive oil, salt, ground black pepper and a sprinkle of garlic powder, finished it off in the oven and made a wonderful creamy herb sauce and served it with red beans & rice and a broccoli/cauliflower mix veggie.
