Emotional Day

Thanks... yeah and all of this weight is post surgery, I did not loose any weight pre surgery.  I really appreciate all the feedback from the group.. I am feeling much better today...

i was around the same. had surgery 9/27 (2010) at 252 and had lost around 30 by my birthday (11/25), and then had the best christmas present ever and hit 199 on christmas day, so give it time. you're doing awesome!
