Back to work Monday!

Can't complain I had a great weekend with my family and friends!

B: Kashi go lean with 1 cup FF vanilla silk

S: Granola bar with 1oz Cheddar cheese

L: Lettuce salad with chopped veggies, apple, few saltines and a little dijon mustard

S: Mixed fruit with 2T cool whip free

D: Weigh****chers recipe for Baked Chicken Fingers, making that with mashed cauliflower, and green beans

 I helped my mom and then spent some time outside with her - she helped me pick satsumas to take to my counselor's office and my veterinarian. 2 bags for the counselor, 1 bag for the vet and a dozen bags worth left on the tree. They are never ending!

After my mom was settled I fixed my "breakfast"  (around 11), packed lunch and snacks for work and then went to drop off the citrus.  My trainer is off today (financial institution, but my area is 24hrs / 7 days) so I had to work out on my own. Did 25 min on the elliptical, some bench press and weighted squats, then 10 minute intervals on the TM (just walking, trying to salvage my knees).  Wor****il 0100 and it is supposed to be cold tonight and even colder tomorrow! WOOOT!!

B – egg stirs w/ sliced mushroom and bell peppers, crumbled turkey bacon

S – gala apple with pinch of cinnamon

   Mint cookie made with water

L – Mega salad with boiled eggs (only 1 yolk) and a slice of crumbled turkey bacon

S – mint cookie made w/ water

Cottage cheese and blueberries

D -  bacon cheese burger (turkey bacon on turkey burger w/ provolone, mushrooms, onions on an arnold thin) and salad

S – Mint Cookie w/ water

  • Turkey, cheese, pickle rollups

Maybe some Publix Pumpkin Pie ice cream?
