MONDAY! What are you doing/eating today?

In about 10 minutes I am waking up the divas. Today is a typical day: work for me, school for them. Tonight is my return to spin class. WOOT! I have been lazy the last few weeks (but inexplicably dropped 5 lbs during that same time period) so I need to get back on the ball. I think my lack of exercise is PART of the reason why I have low energy these days.

Eating:

1. I have some protein baked oatmeal in the oven. Recipe forthcoming on Bariatric Foodie.

2. I think I am going to make me some tuna for lunch. With a boiled egg in it.

3. If I end up eating lunch early (as sometimes happens) I'll have a Click Frapp.

4. Dinner is going to be leftover roast beef with gravy and cauliflower rice

I'll probably need something before dinner to fuel me for spin. Maybe a piece of peanut butter toast?

Hello All!  I am a state employee so I have the day off.   Absolutely nothing pressing on my agenda!

 

b)   1/3 cup of crustless spinach mushroom quiche

lunch1)  1/3 cup of my chicken and veggie casserole

lunch2)  turkey lunchmeat with a slice of pepperjack cheese

dinner)   4 oz. eye of round steak

snack)    lite-n-fit vanilla greek yogurt with some pumpkin pie spice stirred in

Well, we're all finally over the cold from hell so, off to Mommy and Child swim today. I'm hoping my daughter will keep her swim bubble on. If not, it's a short class. LOL I'm going to go to a yoga class tonight, which I need to do. I feel stiff since I haven't worked out in over a week. Hopefully, it will also kick off my exercising more frequently. Here's my day:

b: veggie sausage and cheese egg white omelette

l: chicken curry salad with Wasa flatbread

d: not sure yet--maybe pork chops with broccoli?

 All four kids home today. Colleen is going to shop thrift stores for clothes. So I will be running kids to activities all day. Swimming practice for 15 year old, Lego robotics for 9 year old.  Group for 11 year old. Need to do some meal planning for the week, and will food shop first thing tomorrow. 

 

Eats: 

B: oatmeal with an apple 

L: Sliced chicken breast sandwich maybe a little soup

D: Pasta sauce: spaghetti squash for us pasta for kids

S: cheese stick..lots of coffee..maybe some fruit

Breakfast- coffee and then I had chocolate peanut protein shake

Lunch- either chicken noodle soup or if I end up meeting friends I'll have roasted tomatoe soup and shaved brussel sprouts.

Dinner- not sure yet

Snack- Trader Joes lite kettle corn or a pure protein bar.

 

Tonight will be my first night at my new gym....not sure what to expect.  Loved my old gym but it was a little far from my house.

I'm surprised your kids have school today being veterans day.  We have all the school age kids here at work - crazy day!  My husband is out of town this whole week, so dinner times will be interesting, but we shall survive!  Typical eats day for me, only wild card is lunch.

B - green smoothie protein shake

S - yogurt and apple

L - not sure yet, maybe some tofu salad

S - cheese stick

D - microwave protein thing

 

I think I need to stop my evening green smoothie.  And fruit.  I haven't tolerated fruit or the smoothie in the evening very well, not sure why but it's an instant trip to the bathroom for hours.  annoying.  during the day it's not an issue, but anything like that after 6pm for whatever reason does a number on me.

I too am off from work and will be doing lots!

Right now I'm waiting to have my last blood work done foe my Endo ( my last appoint with him is next week to confirm that I am no longer type2 diabetic.)

Then pt for my knee.
Shop at goodwill for more pants.
Then dentist for a cleaning.

I've got Greek yogurt for breakfast.
Grilled chicken sandwich for lunch.
Not sure for dinner.

Good Morning!!! No work for me today or tomorrow!! I love Mondays. My days of are always Mondays and Tuesdays.

B. yogurt
L. Have my mammogram and yearly today so idk yet probably some grilled chicken I have left over.
D. Have a pampered chef party tonight and she is serving food. She is having pizza that I can have and cheese.

Then I will be watching the STEELERS game!!!!!!

Good morning!!  I am getting ready to make a crustless quiche for breakfast for my DH and brother who lives with us, he is mentally challenged.  Then I plan on trying to do some house cleaning!!  I need to come up with a few dinner ideas so maybe I will check out some websites...

I am exhausted.......maybe it's the weather.....I couldn't get up to work out this morning so I will do it when I get home.....20 min kickboxing video.
