Yep. I normally don't do protein supplements other than in my morning SF hot chocolate and protein bars as emergency food for blood sugar crashes, but there are some days that they are a necessary evil. This past week -- a low food week for me -- I had three protein bars and two shakes. The one protein bar was ok, but the rest... Eh. Necessary.

I didn't say I didn't want to eat. I said I had a pissy pouch. I always WANT to eat (in my head). I just recognize that there are signs that tell me that would not be a wise decision.
