What are you eating/doing today? Saturday!

I said this was going to be a lazy weekend. But apparently my idea of lazy includes going to purchase and haul a dresser, grocery shopping, walking the dog, letting my daughter have a sleepover, going to a housewarming, conducting a webinar, cooking, going to church and then doing a Girl Scout cookie booth sale during the middle of a Ravens game. (Ba-dum-bum)

My eats on the weekend are fairly loose but I think I'm going to TRY to be good. Not that I have any incentive. Lately I've eaten precisely anything I wanted (including a few fun-sized candy bars), got on the scale and somehow have managed to lose five pounds which probably means I have scurvy or something.

Anyhoo...

1. Chorizo empanada from the farmer's market (starting my day off right!)

2. I have leftover salad from dinner last night. Gonna grill some chicken for on top and have it with ranch.

3. May do a protein shake of some sort.

4. Scrambled eggs with veggies and cheese (I usually eat one whole egg + 4 whites). I use WW cheese. the stats on that stuff are great!

I'm finally going to see my other sister and the new baby. My daughter and I have been sick, so I've been staying away. Other than that, just stuff around the house because Sunday is my husband's day to check out--football! LOL

Here's my rundown:

b: scrambled eggs and a corn tortilla, baked

l: chicken curry salad with Wasa flatbread crisps

d: not sure yet--maybe we'll go out for dinner?

s: light cranberry juice; nuts

I'm at work -- making up for a Friday afternoon off.  Not that I have to, except our audit starts on Monday.  Friday was spent house hunting, we're looking to switch school districts.  I have a lot of anxiety about this -- I can't afford a private school and the other town doesn't have a school system so they give school choice vouchers.  However, the homes are a lot more money -- and that's not for "more house".  We could be looking at a downgrade.  Sigh.

My eating this week has been about the same -- except that I gave up pretzels.  As of this am, I am down 6lbs.  My weight is back to my comfort range... 126 this am.

Food today:

B - 1/2 breakfast burrito

The rest of the day is pretty unplanned.  Need to get to work & work on my anxiety.  Maybe look into on-line mortgage pre-approval this weekend.  Yuck.

I met a friend downtown to do a 5k for the Alzheimer's Family Services group.  My time was 36:44 and my PR is 36:06.... but when I talked to my trainer and told her the course she said it is actually over 3.2 miles, so I beat my PR.  WOOT!  Then I walked / jogged back about 1/2 mile to walk my friend in to the finish line - she cut over 2 1/2 minutes off of last week's time!

Helped my parents, helped my mom bathe and then showered myself. Now while my mom peels apples for me (taking Apple Brown Nik to a game night tonight!!!) I am having lunch, then changing her bed before heading to work for 3-4hours, then game night with my friends.

B - Click, 2 Protein Power Balls, 4 strawberry banana bites (gotta send that to you, Nikki and see if it is ok or can be made better)

L - rotisserie chicken, steamed cabbage, slice of bell pepper, slice of cucumber, slice of HUGE apple

S - quest

  mint cookie protein

D  - tilapia, asparagus, salad, Apple Brown Nik

S - Publix Pumpkin Pie ice cream!
