anyone eat the lean cusine meals

You're pretty early out, so I would avoid them if at all possible, if I were you. But I do eat one of those or a WW Smart One for lunch everyday. I like them. At first, I ate them sparingly and could only eat about 1/3 of one. Now I can eat the whole thing.

like the other posters, i eat them occasionally.  I avoid the ones with pasta and rice and look for the ones with the most protein and veggies. They are handy in a pinch.  I look at sugars in them as well since sometimes the sugars go up as the fat comes down in the recipes.

I often do.

Check the website for Lean Cuisine and SmartOnes and stick to the lowest calorie/carb combinations.

That said, I am 8.7 years post op, and I can eat a whole one - so I do.  Early post op, many of them made me VERY SICK.  Do not TOUCH the PASTA, RICE or chewy BEEF .... it can hurt.

I eat them.  My nutri suggested them for when I travel.  I get the meals that are highest in protein and do not eat the pasta
