posting pics help plz

cant figure out out how to get pics on forum post or blog, only able to add them to my albums

Open 2 tabs...go to forum post on one, and the picture that you want to post from your profile album in the other.  Right click on the pic and copy...go back to the furum post in your other tab...where you type your post, right click, paste.
