Hi Everyone.  I am having an issue getting in all my protein (I'm 9 weeks out) and was wondering where everyone get's there Unflavored Protein Powder. I checked GNC and they didn't have any unflavored.  I see Unjury has some, but was hoping to go out and buy some today.  Was just wondering.

Thank you

Dina

I actually got mind from GNC.  GNC makes their own powder.  Maybe the store you went to was out of stock or something.  It has no taste which works well for me.        debbie

I've used Bariatric Fusion, and it worked well enough. The only thing I couldn't get around was the milky taste when I added sugar-free juice. It was just awful, IMO. LOL Does GNC have samples you can use to try out the unflavored protein powder before you buy a big tub?

I found a generic unflavored whey isolate protein about 5 years ago. I still use it today. Yesterday, I mixed some with oatmeal and then again with my homemade Greek yogurt.  It can be seen on my profile page, and my surgeon's nurse uses it, as well as many new post ops in my support groups.  It mixes easily, has no foul aftertaste.  It does require dilution with a little water to mix with hot foods, but that's the same with almost every whey isolate protein. I use Bi-Pro and love it.  It mixes well and doesn't have a milky taste like some others I tried.  If you get on their email list, you can buy it cheaper through specials.  Otherwise it is expensive at $49 for a month's worth.  Worth it to me though.

I found my unflavored protein powder at Walmart.  It was with the dietary supplements.

GNC is going to stop selling the unflaovred in the tubs, but not in the 1 and 2 lb bags. If the store you went to is out, just have them order for you and have it shipped to your house for free. I know cause I asked them on their facebook page the other day when I couldn't find any 2lb tubs. Hope this helps!

I used the Unjury because the original "unflavored" I bought (don't remember the brand now... I was 5 years ago) had a sweetness to it and when I added it to some soup, it was disgusting! At least the Unjury doesn't have a sweetness to it.
