B50 complex?

So, part of my vitamin regimine is to take 1 B50 complex daily.  I bough capsules before surgery so I could open them after until I could take pills.  These thing are the most vile, disgusting pills I have ever smelled or tasted in my life!!  Is there a form of B50 complex that isn't so nasty smelling/tasting, or am I just gonna have to continue to suck it up and keep going?

I would go into a health food store and ask them for recommendations.  Life is too short and we have to take supplements for the rest of our lives-we might as well find ones that we can tolerate.

I guess I will do that...just wasn't sure if they even made anything decent...guess I won't know till I ask ;)

I use the Bariatric Advantage ones and don't mind them at all. If you haven't started, why not try to swallow them and see how you do?

I do swallow them...the smell and taste is THAT bad...lol

I can open the bottle and the smell can hit you across the room...it's horrible!
