Hurricane Sandy Prep for Post-Ops
Hey all,
I'm on the East Coast so we've got our eyes on Sandy. Today on Bariatric Foodie I list a couple of WLS-specific provisions for your pantry so that you don't get caught without good protein sources in the event of an outage.
Please check them out and add your ideas so we can all help each other!

Silly me I am so excited to be living in a place that I will have trick or treaters coming to my house, I keep watching the weather forecast and thinking "NOOoooooo......that will ruin having ghosts and goblins coming to my door!!!"
I am going to try your Whoopie Pie recipe today (with Click)

Nik -- Great ideas. Bottled water is on my list, so I can keep hydrated and add Crystal Light for variety and Nectar for protein. It looks like we might be luckier up here in Maine than originally thought, but my thoughts are wish all of our friends on OH who are in the path of Sandy.
But, really, I want your spinach recipe. Saag is one of my favorite foods, and I even bought a frozen version last night that was pretty good. But I WANT your recipe!!!!
