 Dinner: No idea, thanks for asking. Not really hungry yet either.

What'd I eat? Glad you asked!

1. Click Frappe made with water instead of milk and 2 scoops of Click instead of one. I achieved creaminess without milk!!!! I am a protein goddess!!!

2. Proti-Diet protein tomato soup. Thank you to whomever sent these to me a cabillion years ago. 80 cals, 16g protein and I like them, dammit! It got me over the hump of a lunchtime meeting (btw, lunchtime meetings should ALWAYS be accompanied by...um...LUNCH!)

3. Salad: arugula, goat cheese, pine nuts, roasted peppers, portabella mushrooms and grilled chicken w/ balsamic vinaigrette (and also the reason I am not hungry right now).

4. Low cal homemade mocha. (I needed a chocolate and coffee fix)

still in mush stage here lol. I'm drinking a chocolate protein drink now. earlier I had pizza/lasagna mush. that was just ground beef, mozarella cheese, and pizza sauce. it was yummy! i'll probably make some more later.

Breakfast - Atkins dark chocolate royale protein shake
Snack - String Cheese
Lunch - 1/2 cup vegetarian pumpkin curry
Snack - 1/4 small banana + a few lightly salted cashews
Dinner - Gonna try a Nik recipe (peanut butter crepes I think)

Feel like I'm eating too much for 5 months post op!! AHHHHHHH!!!!

I feel like a bloated cow lol.

I have had two cheese sticks today, a gopicnic thingy for lunch, some sunflower seeds, a protein bar, and, and, and. I'm sure I had something else just can't remember what.

For dinner I will have some of my leftover Chipotle burrito bowl.

Tomorrow is a new day. lol

I am having bp issues so I go to the doctor every other day which messes with my routine.
B:boneless chicken thigh , bleu cheese dressing
L:6 whole wheat crackers with 2 tbs cashewbutter
D:havent had it yet and idk what it will be, not hungry
S: prolly wont have one since its so late

For dinner I made stuffed peppers with ground turkey and TVP covered in some natural spaghetti sacue and baked in the oven. Made a side of green beans and a salad, it was pretty yum :)
