1 week out today!!!

Well I had my 1st sf jello last nite. It took me over 3 hrs to eat/drink it. Lol. I 3 little bites of sf vanilla pudding this morning. I'm so proud of myself. I use to eat 3 at a time in like 15 minutes. I used to got to buffets n fill my plate 2 to 3x. No I know I shud only add yogurt in. Is the sf pudding ok now I'm a week post op?

I go to the doctor this Friday. I just hope I'm doing everything rite. I bought the orange Centrum chewable vitamins. I will try them today. I was using samples I had from the doctor office. The Celebrate ones I did fine. The Infusion ones I felt a sorta sick pain after everytime I'm chewed n swallowed them.

I hope the Centrum Chewables will b good for me. I bought them at Walmart.
