Candy Corn Protein Pudding

 Before you all rail me no it does NOT have candy corn in it. It just tastes like candy corn.

It was kinda rainy this a.m. so this is not the greatest pic. I'll take a better one later, I promise!

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

 No problem! It's so much fun coming up with this stuff. 

IF the kids haven't devoured all the pudding (they were off school today) I'm going to try to get a better pic. I was so pleased with getting the right colors!

My hubby just returned from the store, unable to find butter flavored sugar free pancake syrup.   So, I'll have to go some places tomorrow to see if I can find some.  I DO want to make some of this.  I bought some sugar free, fat free butterscotch pudding the other day, thinking it would be the closest taste to candy corn.  But, I think your recipe may be even better.  Can't wait!  Yum!  If worse comes to worse, I'll use the butter and maple flavoring option.
