I woke up to my new furniture coming in and the pup trying to eat the delivery dudes, lol. Went to the gym at the hospital for orientation and road the bike for 15 minutes...then walked the treadmill for 20.

B:1/2 cup Kashi...1/4 banana...about 3 tbs Horizon milk
L:4 meatballs....5 kroger brand whole wheat baked crackers....1/3 cup cottage cheese
D:3 ounces deli ham...3cubes colbyjack cheese
S:1/2 banana......1/4 cup cottage cheese

no shake today...tomorrow is payday so I'm out..gonna try to make ricotta bake tonight for tomorrow

I am struggling with a bit of depression but not letting it kick my butt yet.
 This morning I helped my mom into her wheelchair, helped her cook their lunch while my dad went to have an MRI done on his back.  When she was settled in her recliner I grabbed my own lunch, went by the feedstore to get horse /dog / chicken feed and then went to Spin class.  I love the trainer's "Spooky" mix for spin, but I told her she is ruining some really fun songs for me lol (Witch Doctor, Monster Mash, Little Shop of Horrors).
  Then to work for a meeting that aggravated me, then to another meeting that I allowed to push me into full fledged "ticked off" mode.  So I went back to the gym for a 45min kickboxing class. Now I am settled back into just feeling down, not ticked.

B - none
L - arnold healthfull nutty grain bread, peanut butter , 1/2 banana
S - peanut butter / honey
    - mint cookie made w/ water
    - click made w/ water
 - Luna mini protein bar (after kickboxing)
D - egg whites, turkey bacon, nutty grain bread, tomato slices
S -  celery and laughing cow
    -  maybe a turkey bacon "sandwicH'
