 HEY!!!!

I know but for this thread and a few others I've bee sort of scarce. I miss you guys! I'm in the busiest season at Bariatric Foodie, trying to get all my WLS peeps equipped with recipes for the holidays (PM me or visit the blog for more info on that if you so desire). But I love this thread in particular. I love the dinner thread too (cuz it forces me to 'fess up when I've not done right) so I want to participate in at least those two!

Anyhoo, today is work then the madness that will be La Petite Diva's 11th birthday celebration will partially commence. I need to get her to her aunt so she can get her hair did. She doesn't know it but on Sunday she's having a party with the whole family! (shhhhh!) So lots to do go get ready for that. 

Eats as I know them:

1. Handful of cinnamon toast crunch when I awakened
2. Two eggs and a onion flavored pop rice a while later
3. Click Frapp
4. Some Kay's Naturals protein chips
5. A turkey burger with cheese, caramelized onions, a smidge of mayo and steak sauce + 1/3 c. cottage cheese
6. NSA fudgesicle

L- Unjury Chicken Soup
S- idk
D- Greens and Pinto Beans with 2 TB of Chow Chow

 You sound super-busy! I just ordered one of your Holiday Survival packages--I can't wait! :)

Back to today:

b: Click Decaf Mocha and 1 c. regular coffee with SF Hazelnut creamer (not together--just this AM)
l: not sure yet
d: Grilled chicken with Mustard BBQ sauce, kale and acorn squash
s: yogurt with SF pudding
s2 (if needed): almond butter on a Deli flat with banana

As for what I'm doing today, out running some errands after my daughter's nap, then Aqua Zumba tonight at the Y! A friend went a few weeks ago, and she was the only person there! So, I'm trying something new, and hopefully, it won't just be the two of us. LOL

-Egg white/turkey sausage bowl
-Who knows?  Likely another egg bowl.  

Tonight I think I'm going with the Mr to the gym - and getting the nails did.  He has no time off before I leave for TX.  So, here's to not messing them UP for six days.  :x

MM, if you haven't tried a gel polish yet, DO IT!! Especially if you need them to last at least a week.

I love the Shellac brand, but there are others out there. My manicure looks fabulous for at least 2 weeks and that with working at a hospital and washing/using purell all the time.

 I usually get a gel finish when I get the fakes.  It does last!  I tend to destroy them more dramatically with a crushing/ripping/tearing.  Last time it was in the washing machine!  LOL.

I'm at work today, 24 hours of fun, but after that I am off to the White Mountains of NH for the weekend with my man. Couples aromatherapy massages Friday night and horseback riding Sat morning (I know, wrong order, lol).

so far today:

Bux Venti Soy SF Caramel Machiato
Bacon/Egg/Cheese on Toast Sammich
20 oz tea w/Splenda and half & half

Lunch and Dinner...who knows, whatever looks good in the caf or from the carts.

 I also bought my protein shake kit from BF...can't wait for it to come in the mail!

Breakfast- 1/2 of last night's eggchilida, a handful of grapes and cheese stick
Snack- 1/2 pure protein bar
Lunch- 2 chicken wings, steamed brocolli and some chicken
SNack- diet hot chocolate
Dinner- not sure- hubby is off today so whatever he feels like having for dinner.  

It is a beautiful fall day and looking forward to a nice 5 mile run after work!
