Shopping this morning and a short workout. Built a headboard for our bed this week and hope to install it today. It's my fiancee's birthday today, but she is shopping for our business today. So I have all four kids for a bit tonight.
B: sausage Mc crack ..need to stop with these
L: grilled chicken
D: cheezy crab w/ a few grits for us take and bake pizza for kids
S: coffee and almonds

Doing: Kid to school, Bank, Walmart, Library (applied for 2 jobs), lunch and then homework and dinner.
Eating:
B- Fruit and took the egg white and ham slice off this muffin thing my Mom bought. blech
L- Chili with small side salad
S- graham cracker with tbsp of PB
D- Not sure maybe more chili (made a hug pot last night or grilled chicken?)
That's all....wish I could post more but so much going on lately and the fact of no internet at home now sucks!

today has been an awful day. just awful. i had a blow at work this morning that i really let impact me more then i should and i ended up going out and buying a pumpernickle bagel. worst part was it sat totally fine with me. awesome.
but, i'm back on track for the afternoon, just finished my salad with tofu and will adjust my calories and other food accordingly to 'fit' in that bagel. next time i'm just going to call my husband and have him help talk me through things.

I started out ok - bed at almost 0400, up at 0700 to take my horses to the vet 30 minutes away. Spent an hour there, drove back, unloaded horses, helped my mom, unhooked trailer and went to take a nap. Friend sent me a text about lunch ****pt her dog for a week and agreed to my friend taking me to lunch today... dumb). I dozed about 30 minutes and then went to meet my friend. I stopped to pick up a B12 prescription and it is on backorder. yay.
Late meeting friend but we had a great visit. I ate more than I planned on but not nearly what I feared. Left the restaurant and went straight to work, straight to my file cabinet and ate protein bar(s). Gah. Now I am in sugar / carb land and not feeling the love.

D - probably egg whites, turkey bacon, ww toast.. my new staple
