Doing: Working, church dinner (it just isn't the same but I am going...), home to play with the dog.
Eating:
1. Cheese stick
2. 2 cheesy PB crackers
3. Click Frapp
4. Eggs with cheese, shrimp and roasted veggies
5. An apple
6. A hot Click
7. whatever the old ladies feed me
8. A fudgesicle later

Did
60 minute spin class at O' Dark Thirty (5:30am) Hills format pushing lots of resistance at a moderate cadence.
Eats
Preworkout: Toast, 2tbsp of PB and a Banana
Postworkout: Protein Bar
Snacks: Nuts and Granola
Lunch: Taco meat Beans and corn Tortilla
Snacks: Granola
Dinner: Dunno
Will have protein shake tonight and some SF Fro Yo.
Fels good to be getting back in the groove.

So glad I know what the hell you are talking about with spin now.
My teacher has this thing she likes to do called "riding through quicksand." I HATE THAT! Setting our bikes on a really high resistance and riding sitting down. My legs scream!
Does your instructor make you do that?

yeah it is actually part of hills, and then when you get out of the saddle you add even more resistance.
There have been times I have had max resistance on my bike. Typically I have so much resistance on my bike doing hills that if I lose my cadance or stop peddaling I have to take a punch off to even start the pedals moving again and I am still a pretty big guy and throw my body into starting the pedals moving.

Good morning everyone! It is a very chilly day today in Boston! I had to break out the hat and gloves!
Breakfast- Soy latte- not from Starbucks because I am boycotting since they took away free soy and syrups for rewards card holders. :(
Lunch- Soup
Snack- Pure Protein Bar
Dinner- probably another eggchilada w/ black beans and salsa. Can't get enough of those this week!
I went to the transformations event last night where I had my surgery and I was glad I went. I was so inspired by everyone's stories and it was great to be in a room full of people who have been through the same thing as me. It made me decide to start going to the monthly support groups that they have too.

S: Peanuts
L: Salad with chicken, grape tomatoes and Italian dressing (I must start making something else to bring to work that salad is getting OLD)
S: There are some SF chocolates here at work that forced me to eat them yesterday :) I have a feeling they might do the same today, so I am going to try and avoid them and eat my vegggies and hummus!
D: Turkey burger w/o a bun, broccoli and cheese
S: Pumpkin custard thing you make in the microwave
1/4 cup canned pumpking
2 pkts splenda
1 egg
1T milk
dash salt
mix it up place in mug microwave for 60 sec
Top with cool whip
Activity: Walking the pooches

Today it is a wicked weather day. The winds are gusting up to 90Km (about 55 Mph) out there and raining and cold. I doubt that I am going to get in my coffee break walks today, I'm just too much of a wimp for that. Managed to get in a good amount of exercise last night.
