I'm almost 14 months out and I hope I'm not finished. I've been at 203 for last 2 months, my only true stall. I want to get to 150, but will be happy at 165.
Do you know how many calories & protein you're getting in? Sometimes if you make changes in calories/protein and types of exercise, you can get the ball rolling again. I don't suggest you get less than 1200 calories, because that could put your body in starvation mode.

I hear yah, I'm the same. My Surgery was March 2011 I have lost 155 lbs and now weigh 193 lbs I have been this weight for 6 months. I have varied my calories from 1200-2000 I exercise six days a week and all my weight does is go up 5 lbs and back down the lowest I've even gotten was 192. I don't know what I was hoping for this is close to the weight I was all through high school.. but I'd love to get another 25-30 lbs off before plastics. I feel great and I think I look god but I'm too close to 200 lbs! I don't like it =( I'm not giving up.. but it sure makes trying harder.

Other than be satisfied what is another 10lbs going to allow yu to do that you can't already do?
To WAY TO many people make this all about a number that for all purposes they pulled out their ass or got off a flawed BMI chart.
You have done an amazing job andhave a lot to be proud of, don't continue letting a number on a scale define who you are.
Besides how many lbs of excess skin do you have?
Health & Fitness goes so far beyond the number on a scale.
