Have you tried adding sf pudding to it? Fruit? Torani or da Vinci syrups? Hope that helps, and NO you don't HAVE to eat it but, it's such a great, simple, inexpensive way to get protein.. So it might be worth taking another shot at it. Good luck

I can't eat it either, same thing makes me gag everytime! Try other sources of protein... refried beans, beef jerky, nuts. There are ways around not eating it.

Of course you don't have to eat it.  Eat something else.

i've tried and tried and can't do it. i realized i was just wasting money buying yogurt (greek or regular) to try and gag down, so i stopped. it's definitely not a necessity. you can add protein to sf pudding, have ricotta cheese either by itself, spiced up, with sf syrups, or marinara sauce. string cheese. cheese cubes. laughing cow wedges. (i'm assuming you're talking about softer type dairy foods). but really the options are endless.

If you dont dump on fruit and like mandarin oranges I have a good recipe for Parfait that makes the grekk yogurt better.

1 small tubCool Whip Free
1 large container (32 ounces) ChobaniVanilla Greek Yogurt(I see other brands without sugar you can use now)
1 small can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 small box sugar free White Chocolate instant pudding

Mix all ingredients together. refrigerate for one hour. 1/4 cup has 79 cal, 5 grams protei, 12 grams carbs

Substitute any other fruit you like.
