Day 1
Drink plenty of water
Make sure to get in your 3 to 4 servings of protein a day
I crunch on baby carrots and cucumber for snacks throughout the day
Make sure you are getting in your 60 minutes of exercise...housework does count as exercise....so put on some music and get to moving.....
Make sure to stay busy so that you want get bored and want to eat.... I have a week still to go on my 2 week preop diet...i usually start the morning off by getting i about 3 glasses of water and my protein shake and go for a 30 minute or longer walk ....then come home to houseclean and then in the afternoon..i use my hisband as my personal trainer to give me guidance on strength training for about 45 minutes...if it's raining outside i get on the treadmill....I hope this helps some.. For me the worst time is in the evening around dinner time....not sure why but i get thru it but it's challenging to say the least...my surgery is 10/23...see you on the loser's bench....
