I had a meeting with the bank about refinancing our mortgage...ugh! Took the pup a morning and evening walk, swept and mopped the floors, cleaned the windows and now I am cooking dinner for the hubby.

B:Wedge Skinny Cow Cheese....2 tbs hummus
L:3 ounces chicken...1/4 c beef broth from homemade stew
D:Boca burger with 2 tbs lowfat bleu cheese dressing
S:Atkins mocha latte shake

Not much water today :(
