Well today is my 4th day out. Definitely feeling better now. I've been drinking between my protein shakes n my powerade zero n water. N sometimes I will change with V8 juice for extra vitamins. Is there any extra advice or tips that anyone can give me
I lived on Sugar Free popsicles and SF Jello ! I wish I could bring the popsicles to work, they are still my favorite thing! Just follow what ever directions your doctor gives you and if you experience anything that you feel is not right, don't hesitate to call them. My doctor told me it is more important to make sure I get enough fluids in the first few weeks, than worrying so much about my protein intake at first. Sip, sip, sip and make sure to walk as much around the house as you can, it really helps with the gas bubbles! Congrats and welcome to the Loser's Bench !
