I can get slightly panicky in maze-type situations.  The feeling of being "trapped" really freaks me out!  I went into a maze of mirrors one time and had a full blown panic attack.  It was awful.  I need to feel like I can always get out quickly.  Shudder.  Anyway, reading about your corn mazes just took me right back to my panic attack.

Warm day here in New England....70 degrees in October....wonder what that foretells for the Winter?

B: boiled eggs/turkey bacon/strawberries
L: lo-carb tortilla and turkey wrap/quest protein bar/half a pear
S: cheese sticks/turkey pepperoni
D: something with hamburger????
S: chocolate protein shake/edamame

I took the weekend off from exercise and boy do I feel better. It has been a while since I just had three days in a row of not working out. My body was telling me it was time. But today I was back at it. Running intervals on the treadmill/strength training/ and great stretching. I'm contemplating doing a yoga/pilates class this evening...will see how I feel.

I also feel more (or) refocused on healthy eating. And that's a good thing!
