What's for dinner - Thursday!!!!!!!!!
I can't decide. I am exhausted and sore and hormonal... so I want to EAT, but I don't want to fool with getting anything together. Crazy combination.
On my plan for dinner I have rotisserie chicken leftovers, green beans, broccoli and cauliflower. I am think I want just eggs, turkey bacon and ww toast w/ jelly. I eat so much "egg stirs" (publix brand of egg beaters) I am going to turn into an egg.
B - egg stirs, turkey bacon, ww bread, slice tomato
L - quest, 2 snack packs of plan m&Ms
s - ANOTHER snack pack of plain m&m
- celery
D - who knows
S - quest, cottage cheese w/ strawberry, turkey pepperoni w/ laughing cow cheese
Was going to run on the TM after work, but I am going to be fighting sleep as it is - another 7 hours on this shift. Tomorrow I workout with the trainer at 0830 and It makes me want to cry.

Supper was chicken & broccoli alfredo with rotini noodles. I had a few noodles but mostly chicken with a little bit of broccoli. Its my boys' fave and I haven't made it in awhile. Was nice to know that I could still eat it with them, just diffently than I have before.
Other eats today:
Pre-breakfast: Mocha Latte protein drink
Breakfast: Small piece of eggbake, bite of cheesy hashbrowns, 2 crackers with cheese (I was at a brunch). Avoided ALL pastries. YEAH ME!
Lunch: Leftover chicken, small piece of roasted potato, peas
Dinner: (see above)
Snack later will be an apple with greek yogurt as dip. Yummo. And probably a piece of Dove chocolate.
Best part of the day: Crossing another big project off my to do list - organizing our front entry. Rearranged. Cleaned out the closet. Etc. It was a Project! I have been super productive lately and I AM LOVING IT! I thank God for the extra energy this weight loss has given me. Now, on to the next project... :)

Lunch: 2oz turkey, 1oz mozzarella cheese, 1tbsp blue cheese dressing, 1 slice cucumber, some lettuce (AKA: turkey salad, duh)
Dinner: 2-3oz salmon
