bubble guts

I have bubble guts and my belly growls, is this hunger or gas. I am 6 days out. I drink all day along but i mostly drink decaf coffee.  my belly hurts all the time anyways so i dont know what is going on

I think nearly everyone's stomach bubbles and gurgles and growls. It "talks" now. It's probably just the gas and stomach juices. It's normal. I don't know about it hurting though. I'd call my surgeon.

 I was told by my doc that decaf coffee is to strong for our new sensitive Tummys for the first month. It could be irritating your stomach. 

they gave me decaf coffee in the hospital the very next day. and its on the list of clear liquids i can have maybe i will try making it weaker.

I haven't had my surgery yet but my doctor told me no more than 2 cups of coffee or tea per day whether decaf or not.
