Provide Gold Liquid protein
Has anyone heard of this? Provide gold liquid protein. It's sugar free and 15g of protein per 1oz.
I tried a sample of the berry and it tasted really good. Just never heard of it before.

It doesn't say what type of protein it is. Odd. I wouldn't do it unless I knew what I was injesting.

Found this on their website:Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein. I'm not a protein expert.. but is this a protein type we can have as RNY patients or no?

What Kelly said. Also, avoid the protein "bullets"/"shots" (except the Yes Whey brand) for the same reason. Collagen protein is an incomplete protein that your body cannot absorb. (The Yes Whey bullets/shots have no collagen, they are 100% whey protein while the others are primarily collagen with a little bit of whey.)
