Full liquid diet

Hi guys just wondering how much we eat on the full liquid diet. I just made some really runny mash potato which were on list I used a baby bowl to eat out of and was wondering if that was to much. I did not fill it up just half way

did your surgeon send you home with a food plan? there isn't one specific plan - many surgeons are different. mine had me on 4oz at each meal, but I know many people here were on less than that. I was also not allowed mashed potatoes on full liquid - that came to me when I started purees. if you're unsure, call your surgeon, and start measuring everything!

 I am allowed 2 oz. of mashed potatoes (or whatever food you are consuming)- and 4 oz drink at a time. This weekend I go up a stage and can eat 3 oz. (I can't wait- I get chicken, tuna, veggies)
It is very important to stop when you are not hungry- I could probably eat more, but I try to measure and only eat that amount. I ate a whole pudding cup last night and felt really over full. It is a live and learn type thing.

everything make me fill full, even 1/2 oz of water, so i am so confused. MY paper says nothing about measuring yet.  I am using the measuring cups from the hospital the same amount they gave me the day after surgery.
