The Krudson 2% low Fat Cottage Cheese that comes in the on the go container is 4 oz.   I know we are suppose to keep to 2 oz but I"m able to eat the entire 4 oz... is that bad?  should I only be eating 1/2 of the container?

you are still pretty early out.  cottage cheese is a slider food,  but it is important, imo, to try to adhere to the doctors orders on that.

Idk how far out you are but I am 6 weeks today and I can eat 1/2 cup of some foods. I was told by my NUT to let myself feel satisfied so I will know when to stop on my own. Foods like chicken and beans fill me up faster and I can only do about 1/4 cup. Just make certain you arent hurting yourself or taking in too many calories.

when I eat more solid type foods I can't / don't eat more then 1/4 cup... but stuff like yogurt and cottage cheese I do tend to eat a bit more than 2 oz.    My calories are somewhere between 500-800 depending on how many protien drinks I get in.... so I think my calories are good.    I am 4 weeks today...
