What do you eat when your missing crunching something?   I'm trying to stick to mainly protien, but when your wanting a crunch, what is a good choice?

Kay's Naturals make a like of protein puffs and protein cookie bites if you are wanting sweet crunch. You can get them at Walgreens near the pharmacy or online. I eat pickles and carrots, too. I have also found Snackergy brand potato zippers (online) with 12 grams of protein per package. I'm not a huge fan, but my kid loves them.

Kashi Go Lean cereal is yummy and crunchy. Apples also fill the bill for me.

I had my first bowl of Kashi Go Lean today and it has set really well in my pouch. I added about 1/4 of banana to it, it was amazing after all the meat I've had.
