This is my first work day of trying to do the 100% vegan thing.  It's easy on the weekends but it is giving up that morning yogurt at work that has been the issue.  This week I made a whtie bean based fruit dip that is really yummy.  so far so good!

Just let me say HOW MUCH I MISS YA'LL!!  I'm still on plan and losing not like the dr anticipated but I'm losing and getting my life back on track and so for that I count each day succcess!!!  Currently, at the library looking for jobs but I had to come here first! I have got to push my Mom on the internet issue....I think she believes I will become a hermit and stay online all the time like before...but it's not as important when there is so much other to do like go outside!!  To date I have lost 86 pounds only 13 more to hit my 100 pounds and 14 to be in the 200's...okay, only I could share this will ya'll! I haven't even told my family!  They are finally noticing though! So, it's a good thing!  Wearing a cute top from my prior loss but another 40 lbs and I believe I'll be back into everything patiently waiting in my closet for me.  Can hardly wait!  I think I try something on everyday hoping it will fit! LOL

Food for today:

B-  skipped (dr's appt and ran out of time)
L-  grilled chicken sandwich minus the bottom bun
S-  yogurt or fruit?
D-  wendy's chili I got as a side with my grilled chicken sandwich
S-  SF Fudgesicle

Not much to report...hopefully will be back online soon...there have been instances where I needed to ask something and thought of ya'll.....had my first throw-up since surgery yesterday....was eating some ground beef with sphagetti sauce and I guess I didn't chew it up good or was eating too fast and had to run to the bathroom....so, that was a lesson learned...4.5 months out...I won't be forgetting it any time soon!!

Take care everyone!!

Hi all! Sorry I've been MIA for a few days. My husband's aunts flew in over the weekend to give his dad some much needed help with my mother-in-law. I am happy that they are staying with him because now he can get a nap here and there without worrying about being asleep if my mother-in-law needs something. My husband and I are there every day, but we still work full time and are trying to keep things balanced. Managing food has been difficult since we don't have much time to grocery shop, but even ordering in I am trying to make good choices.

Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: 1.5 slices cheese pizza
Dinner: 3 oz. boar's head ham, 1 oz. swiss cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce and tomatoes on whole wheat bread.
Snack: Mixed nuts
Snack 2: Fruit and steel cut oats

Tonight, we are relaxing and catching up on some of our favorite shows. It's nice to have a quiet evening with Joe.

Have a happy Columbus Day all!

I am staying just exhausted... partly because I am going and going hard all the time lately, but I also realized it has been over a month since I last did my B12 injection!  Going to get that refilled .. probably Wednesday.
This morning I woke up with every intention of starting my 2 a day workouts in the gym.  I helped my mom and then zipped home to get my gym bag packed for work as well as an extra set of workout clothes (didn't want clothes to "marinate" between classes!).   When I got to the gym the trainer's light was off.  Then I realized it is a Federal holiday and we are a financial institution - trainer had a 3 day weekend.  Did I workout on my own anyway?  NOPE. I went home in such a hurry!!  I took a nap before heading to work.... it was amazing.  Wor****il 0100. Weather is SOOO amazing ! I will get my 10 minute walk in for my employer's  "Walk-tober" challenge (walk at least 10 minutes  day, + whatever task they have for today -ex 10 deep breaths, visit choosemyplate.gov, etc)  but other than that no exercise today.

B - mint cookie protein w/ water
L - Arnold ww nutty bread, peanut butter, 1/2 banana, pretzels (thought I was going to gym)
S - click (2)
   - celery / carrots / jalapeno pimento cheese
D - meat loaf, green beans, broc / cauli, peppers
S - Quest
    - turkey pepperoni / cheese

maybe my ww tortilla turkey bacon and / or another mint cookie

Totals (including both tortilla and mint cookie)
Cals - 1710
Carbs - 134  (after fiber  94)

Edited - had wrong meatloaf in MFP
cals 1713
carbs 143 (103 after fiber)
