What are you eating/doing today? MONDAY!!!!

I am wishing I was back in bed. This damn dog has me sleep deprived. This morning I finally took action and moved the dog crate where I could NOT hear him whining. Slept great! Unfortunately that was only three hours before wake up time.Boo.

So today and for the next two days I have all day meetings at work. Ugh! Why do they DO this to us???

I am packing my lunch though. I am not falling into the meeting lunch trap again. I have been there before not a pretty place. I am nearly 5 years out so it's not because of getting sick, it's because I CAN and WILL eat what they serve me. Not cool.

Otherwise, after work is spin class. WOOT!

So eats for today:

1. Caramel rice cake w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
2. A Click Vanilla Latte in the shaker bottle
3. A whole wheat Arnold Thin with roast turkey breast, cheese, tomato and mayo
4. An apple
5. A turkey burger for dinner w/ grilled onions and ketchup and maybe some cottage cheese
6. A little bit of the SF apple crumble I made last night with whipped cream OR a fudgesicle.

Waking up!  No really.  As soon as the kiddo gets on the bus I am back in bed trying to get some sleep.  I don't sleep well at night so I defnitely need to sleep before I have to go get him, they have early release today.

Finally below 300 lbs!  This is the first time I have been under 300 lbs. since 2005!!!!!!

 Throughout the day will be typical for the last week, only today, I get to move last weeks meals over to the snack column and fit in some REAL food...yay for crock pot chicken!

So, 
B - over medium egg with salsa for flavor
L - maybe eggface's tuna salad
S - cheese stick
D - chicken!! (Hopefully my pouch likes it...it hasn't hated anything yet :)  (knock on wood)
--> protein shake and water, water, water!

Woke up early this morning.. we are dog sitting for my parents dog, while they take my little sister to look at colleges.  The poor puppy woke up in the middle of the night maknig sounds like sirens (not the first time) he must have been having puppy nightmares :-(  Exciting day because my boyfriend is giving notice at his job, because he has found a new job much closer to home. (10 minute drive)!!!!  Anyways..

B: yogurt with a little granola
S: 1 oz each a turkey-bologna and cheese on 1/2 and arnolds sandwich thin
L: left over grilled chicken 
S: banana and peanut butter 
D: maybe fish and roasted brussell sprouts?

 Oh Nik- sorry about the dog keeping you up.  After about 1.5 years of our dog sleeping in his crate in our bedroom we had to move him too.  He started off getting whiney around 5 am and we would just let him out and he would sleep another 30-40 minutes in bed with us.  Well- we were out smarted by the pooch!  We figured out he started to whine earlier each night after looking at the clock after getting him out and it was only 12:15 am!!  So we moved him to our office and we both sleep so much better!  We do still laugh about how many times that dog has out smarted us!  
Eats-

Breakfast- salted caramel mocha protein coffee- YUMM
Snack- apple w/ peanut butter
Lunch- Lentil Soup
Snack- the whites of 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner- Not sure- either tuna or whatever is in the fridge.

Hoping to get a run in later!

Good Morning!  My dogs are crated in the kitchen, they aren't locked in but I use a baby gate to keep them in the kitchen if they get up.  I could never have them in my room.

I guess I've been missing this post -- it's so nice to see it.  Keeps me honest.... 

Had a good weekend - put *8* miles on my treadmill yesterday!!!  My hips are stiff this morning, but that's good?  If I can't get my booty fixed (insurance still pending) I can at least shoot for the Disney Princess 1/2 in February.

Today's eats:

B - power crunch bar
L - very small portion of dreamfields spaghetti with sauce and 1/2 a tofurkey italian sausage
S - apple
D - tba

Movement: 

Torn between a rest day or a very low speed 2 miles.

Good morning! Happy Monday!
This weekend was fun, we went to Atchison Kansas for the Haunted Trolly tour, and had some super yummy BBQ while we were up there. And Sat and Sun we painted my sons room it turned out really well he picked out a great color.

So back to work, and the grind today :)

B: Slice Monterey jack cheese, two scrambled eggs
S: Cottage cheese, pickle spear
L: Salad with grilled Chicken, tomato and Italian dressing
S: 2T Peanut butter (at least half of that ends up going to the dog)
D: Enchilada bake made with soy chorrizo (must try, it's pretty yum)
S: Celery sticks, carrot sticks, and sour cream

Rainy cool day and I'm off work since its a federal holiday - still on the med from Fridays minor foot surgery to remove the mega cluster of plantar warts. I haven't formally exercised in almost two weeks so I'm really watching - I'm proud bc the beating myself up for goin crazy with food isn't worth it.

- tomato mozzarella panini made with Arnold thin and laughing cow sundried tomato on George foreman
- fresh bell pepper sautéed in teriyaki
- egg whites with diced tomato sand spinach
- dinner need some protein. Maybe some chicken
- baby carrots and bell pepper with greek yogurt/onion soup mix dip

Haven't really planned out my meals today yet, but I will be hitting up Savers 50 % sale today for sure & taking my son to the doctor. Other than that I plan on chill'n. Just had my in laws over the past 2 days & its my last day off so I don't plan on doing much but spending time with my family.

 Good morning!
Today is a pretty easy day for me. I have classes (which I'm not sure I'm going to make it to today, b/c I need to catch up on homework), I teach kickboxing at my gym at 4:30, and then I play volleyball on a team league. So, I'm using the day to catch up on cleaning, shopping, and homework.

Foods:
B- Yogurt
S- My own muffin recipe
L- Turkey burger w ketchup
S- Turkey breast
D- Tuna salad
S- Veggie burger

I'm eating all of my leftovers from the last 3 days or so, so it will be a protein filled day!
