iPad users, how are you using new OH? Problems with BOTH versions!

For those of you who use iPads for OH... Are you using mobile version (and putting up with links not working... Like not being able to click link to go back to message board when viewing or having responded to a particular thread)  or using desktop version where navigation works but typing (and correcting typing) is a nightmare?

Looking for some way to make this new version bearable with my iPad!

haven't yet tried on my BlackBerry but this new version is just annoying me! Between opening ads that I didn't click on and erasing entire paragraphs.... They just GOTTA work out the bugs!

I've been using the full site with slightly better success than the mobile version. It still needs A LOT of work to work better for Apple products.

I don't think I can deal with having it not allow me to reposition my cursor to correct something when I am composing a reply. I have to keep closing the keypad, then touch in EXACTLY the right place to edit (if I have to slide my finger to reposition the cursor, I have to close the keypad and repeat because it won't accept any typing!).

I hope they can fix some of this or I will be he a lot less. Too frustrating just to do basic tasks.

I'm with you on this one Lora. I still can't see the toggle to go from mobile to back on my laptop (can on my  Droid). I hate not being able to see the basic information like state, surgery date and etc, when looking through posts. I'd even be happy to hover over them, but still get no information. The repositioning of he cursor when making a correction is a pain, and the giant pop-up ad is really annoying. I keep coming back as usual, but I leave pretty quickly out of frustration. I don't see myself using this site much longer in it's current state.

Me, either, unfortunately. I hope they can resolve some of the issues quickly. I never thought that software would be the reason I left this site, but this has been very frustrating.

I'm not on an iPad but my iPhone and the toggle back and forth is a pain in the rear. When I reply to a post or even to read one I have problems getting back to all the post.

The idea that you have to hover over a poster's name to see their info doesn't work on a phone.

I sure hope they fix all these crazy upgrades that actually make it harder for those on mobile devices to participate.

I don't usually post that much, but I'm finding it very difficult to navigate this site on my iPad as well.  I can't believe they didn't test it for iOS and Android use.  SMH.
