Bathroom Question...Sorry!
I get in my 64oz of water a day (i'm only 3 weeks out of surgery right now, and 64oz is pretty good for me I think...I hope), anyway sometimes I will be at work all day for 9 hours and realize I only went to the bathroom once or twice. Is this normal. Maybe I'm so used to going so much more because I used to drink nonstop (diet coke and pop) so I was in the bathroom all the time. Just wondering.
Thanks
Dina

Hi Dina,
If your not retaining fluids then I wouldn't worry about it. That is IF that is what your talking about by not going to the bathroom as much. Mine were the other problem. If that is the case....I do Miralax every morning in my first cup of coffee. Hope my answer helps you.

I used to take a water pill so I am not used to NOT going all day. I go about 3 times a day (including the pm before bed) but my water intake is significantly lower than yours. I cant get enough in, maybe about 40 ounces if I'm lucky. Its that darn do not drink water rule. I notice other people say they drink 30 minutes after meals, but my NUT told me 1 hour. Does anyone know if I can drink 30 minutes after??

I notice the same thing. Drinking lots and not going pee! I'm salt sensitive since 30 (before gaining weight) and have not used the bathroom as much as other women. I'm not worried about it but plan to ask the doctor about it more on my 2 month out appointment.
