Dear OH,

I ate my roasted chicken dinner and felt bloated, didn't even fini****

Decided a bike ride would settle my stomach. I needed to go by the store and get my caffeine fix for the night since I work third shift.

I rode all over the blooming neighborhood and then finally went by the store. When I went inside the clerk said, you are amazing, every time you come in here you are thinner than before. I told him I gave up sweet tea. He said man I have got to give up beer!

He is about the size of 'Howard" from "Big Bang Theory" only about 20 lbs heavier. Anyway his comments made my day!
