Cereals

 Cereal was a pre surgery binge food for me.
Now it makes me sick.
Sometimes I daydream about Capt'Crunch.

Oh Deb, I never gave it that much thought but I think it was a binge food for me as well. I could never have just one bowl of cereal! I would eat the first bowl and then add more cereal to the milk that was left, and then I might do it again after that! Yeah, definitely a binge food. Cereal and sandwiches, yup, never again!

Cereal makes me sick, even the "high protein" ones. They are also a carb-craving trigger for many and not a good way to start the day. Just a thought.
