So I must be a crazy woman to even put this picture up. But I am on this page to help others by being honest and showing the good and the bad about surgery. I may be saggy but 165lbs smaller and I'm strong! Here is a picture of me last night when I came back from my walk/jog. I hate my skin but it will all be cut off in due time so what the hell.

I am so frustrated with my weight. It seems like no matter what I do I can't lose any weigh
t! My lowest weight was 146 lbs and I've been a stable 151 ALL month. I started exercising so I really was hoping it would jump start the weightloss buuuuut NO. This is the part of surgery that seems to be the hardest. I thought it would get easier with time! PS: I hope I don't offend anyone with my floppy skin pic! Lol

Does anyone have any advice for me to lose more weight at 16 months post op?

I agree!  The sag is very minimal, if at all!  I think you look awesome!

The loose skin doesn't seem that bad at all to be honest. But you have to live with it, so you get to judge it!

Congrats on your success!

I hope I get the guts to post a skin pic, but right now, no way!

You on the other hand look great! Doesn't look like you need any work to me. I have rolls, but at least they're deflated now.

Most post op women who've lost the same 165 pounds are probably jealous.  Your abdomen looks very good for losing that much wt. DAVE

Thanks Everyone!! My skin is so so. I thought because of my age it would have bounced back better. My stomach isn't as bad as it could be. My belly button is really funky and the skin under my belly button is saggy and needs to be removed. But it doesnt bother me like other areas. My armpits and my arms are HORRIBLE. They make me so unhappy and they will be the first on the chopping block lol! They are going to have to cut me from elbow to lower bra line because I have so much skin. Wahhh!
