What are you eating/doing today? TGIF!!!
I was up at 1 am...couldnt sleep. Too much on my mind i guess.
I had high protein oatmeal w/ small banana for breakfast
Lunch is already prepared. Large salad w/ chicken breast.
Dinner is already in the crockpot thanks to sparkpeople. Bean and sausage soup....i hope its good. Will have lots left over to freeze for lunch next week.
I meet with my surgeon and dietician later today. Hopefully will be having gallbladder surgery on october 5th

I am in a funk and it is my TOM so that doesn't help.
B-pure protein chocolate shake
S-a piece of Russell stovers sugar free chocolate
L-baked chicken
D-Mexican chicken soup
i baked a chicken for my soup so hopefully I can muster up the energy to make the soup.i am so tired.

Today has been a "Where teh heck did THAT come from" kind of day!
up early to workout with the trainer - I had mentioned yesterday as I walked out of spin on noodly legs "we should concentrate on arms tomorrow" - where the heck did that come from??? I never volunteer ideas to the sadist.
Trainer was happy to do arms... I am having trouble dressing and feeding myself
Then had a major heart to heart with my counselor and I am wondering where the heck did those emotions come from?
And finally.... my rotisserie chicken for lunch had me in agony for about 20min - runny nose, slimy slobber. Sigh.
Where the heck did THAT come from??? Restriction? From the Great Abyss? wow
I must not have chewed well or something, because I can usually eat more chicken AND veggies with it. Wow.
B - arnold bread, pb, 1/2 banana
S - pb and honey
L - rotisserie chicken from hades
S - mint cookie w/ water
- protein power balls (for banana I add 1/4 - 1/2 banana or use banana chike)
D - egg beaters, turkey bacon, chicken sausage, arnold bread toast

ok, not really, and i logged what i ate, but it was god awful. way too stressful at work, and to top it off, a going away party for my assistant director (which has me very sad and stressed out). so not the best choices, but tomorrow is a new day and i will prevail!
