Had surgery on 9/10 and with all the changes my body has gone through in the past 3 weeks, I think it's put my hormones on high alert.  The past 2 days I've been very "teary" for NOOOOO reason... well other than feeling tired from surgery and trying to be back at work so there is a lot of stress.  I feel pretty good other than energy level and some nausea here and there....   did your hormones get whacky after surgery?

Yes--totally normal! LOL It takes a while for things to settle down, so don't worry too much about it. If it becomes too unbearable, talk to your doctor about what you can do for it.

Hormones are stored in your fat and when you start losing weight, you release them.  Yep, yu can feel pretty much like you are on a roller coaster.

I have an issure like this that I discussed with my dr...basically I was exhausted!  I was told that is takes a couple months for your body to adapt to all the changes.  Just hang in there, it will change.  Get your sleep and drink what you can...take your vitamins :)
