Ok, I just had about 1oz of Tuna and now I'm dying. I feel like i'm going to toss my cookies. HOw long does this last?  Grrrrrrrr...I dont like this!   Good news I finally found a protein shake I like, think I will stick to those the rest of the day.

I had the same problem yesterday with 2 ozs of walleye. I actually think it got stuck but I didn't have the foamies everyone says comes with being stuck. But I had the pressure in my pouch like there was a rock in it and the sick feeling. But I forced myself to get sick 2 different times and couldn't get it out all out. It all started at one yesterday afternoon, I didn't feel unstuck or better until about 9 lastnight. Good luck, I hope you feel better.

The 1st time I got sick from a certain food I could not get rid of the nausea so I actually relieved it by making myself puke. I dont know if that is safe or recommended but it was the only way to relieve it. Hope you feel better fast :)

Tuna and eggs do that to me. It sets on my chest like an elephant for about 4 hours. I hope it gets better soon.

Tuna is evil for me. I thought it would be a great way to get in a lot of protein for a small amount ...the price I paid wasn't worth it trust me ....it took hours for it to go away ...best of luck

Whatever you do, don't try to drink water, or your protein shake, until the "toss your cookies" feeling goes away... or else you'll just be putting more liquid on top of your tuna... ugh that feeling is just the worst.

I dont like really sweet drinks, and they have to be really cold.  So I did Pure Protein Chocolate powder with 8oz of water and tons of ice cubes.  Put it in the blender and its almost like a real shake, nice and cold.  I also put some Peanut Butter Sugar Free syrup in for just a taste of peanut butter. mmmmm mmmm good!
