surgery on Oct 4 2012

Just  curious anyone else having their surgery. I am looking for people that are in the exact same place on this new journey as i am.

 Mine is Friday, September 28, 2012. I am having it done at Mayo in Arizona.

 I am scheduled for Oct 3rd.  I begin my 10 day liquid diet today. wish me luck.

Good luck mine was 14 days and i hate it I am so hungry all the time. My wedding anniversary is the 3rd.

Mine is Oct 9th. I start the liquid diet on Tuesday. I am realy
nervous about that.

I am a bit further out (November 19), still jumping through the hoops, but modifying my diet to start a gradual loss before surgery. Thing is, several of my med "help" me gain/retain weight - hope the doctors (and insurance comanies!) are up on their pharmacology. :-)

Alot of bipolar meds are the same way they told me to just follow the diet and work out i am hoping it will work
