10 Day Post Op...Dr. Appointment...

Ok, I tried so hard to not get on the scale because after surgery I looked like I was having twins, and I still dont "feel" thinner becuase I'm sore and still a little bloated.  I figured just wait until I see the Doctor.  Today was the day...slowly step on that scale...sweating because I HATE SCALES... and its says DOWN 25 POUNDS! I'm sorry WHAT?  Wooo Hooo! Omg, if I could do the happy dance I would be doing it.  Just had to share.

ps...I know its not going to go that fast always...its just a really nice way to know that all the pain and discomfort for the last 10 days were worth it.

That's awesome Dina....my 10 day appt is tomorrow and I'm nervous too. At my support meeting this week there was a scale in the women's locker room so I thought what the heck. It said I was down 12, but now I'm sweating because it obviously won't match my dr's scale...will it show more of a weight loss or less? That's why I'm so nervous.

It's amazing how much we all hate the scale..lol You will do fine! Let us know what you lost so we can all give you the Happy Dance! LOL
